About the Writer

Hello.

If you're reading this, you most likely know me.
(I honestly can't imagine how else you would have stumbled upon my little corner of the blogosphere)

Anywho.

I am a rotten sinner, saved by God's amazing grace.

{sorry 'bout the selfies... sort of}

You can call me Rose.
(Or Rosie, as so many seem to prefer. I like both.)

I am a junior at Bob Jones University.
Major: Biblical Counseling
Minor: Greek/Biblical Languages

I love to bury my nose in books.
I love to write down my thoughts, create stories.
I love languages (particularly dead ones).
Sometimes I take pictures and draw things.

I'm a barista.
I do things with computers.

On Wednesdays,
I get to take part in helping kiddos learn about my God.

My life isn't perfect.
Not every day is happy.
But.
I am one blessed little human.

Why?

Like I said before:
I am a dirty rotten sinner.
Saved by God's amazing grace.

Future plans?
To serve my God with my whole life
Possibly two Master's degrees (Counseling and Bible Languages/Translation)

But all the details?

Who knows!?

God knows.

And I'm at peace with that.

I thank Christ Jesus our Lord,
who has strengthened me,
because He considered me faithful,
putting me into service,
even though I was formerly a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent aggressor.
Yet I was shown mercy because I acted ignorantly in unbelief;
and the grace of our Lord was more than abundant,
with the faith and love which are found in Christ Jesus.
It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance,
that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners,
among whom I am foremost of all.
Yet for this reason I found mercy,
so that in me as the foremost,
Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience
as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible,
the only God,
be honor and glory forever and ever.
Amen.
